PLEASE READ OUR POLICIES THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO VISITING COTTONWOOD HOT SPRINGS
Cottonwood Hot Spring is a private relaxation-oriented facility providing recreational opportunities to its visitors. The following policies and regulations are intended solely to ensure the safety and security of all patrons. Our goal is to provide a tranquil, quiet environment that is safe and comfortable for our guests.
POOL POLICIES
INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENGAGE IN ANY LEWD, LOUD, OFFENSIVE OR RUDE ACTIONS, ACTIVITIES OR BEHAVIORS WHICH INTERFERES WITH THE PRIVACY, SAFETY OR ENJOYMENT OF ANY OTHER PATRON. Guests who do not comply with our policies will be asked to leave along with their entire group and will not be allowed reentry to our facility again. PLEASE READ OUR FAQ PRIOR TO MAKING A RESERVATION.
Visitors are encouraged to report to the staff any problems of which they are aware so they may be immediately corrected. Cottonwood Hot Spring reserves the right to warn, temporarily suspend access, permanently suspend anyone not complying with the rules of the hot spring, without refund. Cottonwood Hot Spring also reserves the right to refuse service to any guest for any reason.
Visitors of Cottonwood Hot Springs release the Organization and its trustees, directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, successors, and assigns from any and all liability for, and waive any and all claims for, injury, loss, or damage in anyway connected with my participation in the Program, including injury, loss, or damage caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other misconduct of the Organization or any of the above-listed organizations or individuals.
This is a shallow pool with no lifeguard is on duty! There is no diving at any time from any location.
Swimsuits are to be worn at ALL times.
No glass of any type is allowed in the pool area.
Cottonwood Hot Spring reserves the right to inspect all bags.
We ask guests to shower before entering pools.
Alcohol is not permitted in the soaking tub areas.
Food is not permitted in the soaking tub areas.
No smoking of any kind is permitted.
Phones are not permitted.
Children under 12 must be with an adult at all times and vacate the pool area after sundown.
Water or clear beverages only please.
No drug/alcohol/marijuana use. Being under the influence of, or drug/alcohol use on premise, is prohibited and you will be required to leave without refund.
Please use caution when entering the tubs. Walkways can become slippery. Please enter all tubs at the stairways.
Persons having any considerable area of exposed wounds or contagious diseases are not permitted to use the pool.
Animals are not permitted in the pool or pool area, except for documented service animals.
Please leave all cell phones in your car or at the front desk.
Keep your voice low.
Please refrain from any intimate touch in the pools.
Don’t be a creep.
Anyone refusing to obey these rules is subject to removal from the premises.
Power down and be the best version of yourself.
GENERAL POLICIES
Bathing suits are required in all areas on the property.
By design, there are NO phones, televisions, air conditioning and WI-FI in the rooms or cabins. Guests may use the pay phone, TV-VCR/DVD, computer, and library in the main lodge.
Alcohol and smoking of any kind is prohibited at all areas of the facility. No visibly intoxicated person will be admitted to the facility.
No illegal drugs or other controlled substances are allowed anywhere on the grounds.
We love pets, but no pets are allowed on the property or in any of the lodge rooms or dormitories, with the exception of ADA recognized service animals. Dogs are only allowed in Cabin 1 & 3, and RV/Tent sites for $20 per night. Dogs must be well behaved and on a leash at all times. Do not leave any dogs unattended. Excessive noise that affect other guests is not permitted.
Soaking refunds: In the event that you receive a refund of payment, funds can take up to 10 business days after our processing to become available, depending on your bank institution. Debit cards typically require the most time. Refunds will be processed on the original card used to purchase and will not be processed for amounts larger than the original purchase amount.
Guests and visitors are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times.
No cameras, radios, TVs, cell phones, pagers, computers, PDAs or other communication or recording devices are permitted in the main pool area. Pretend your visit here is time travel back to the early days of Cottonwood when none of these distractions existed.
Day-guest access on the property is confined to the road, parking lot and main pool area.
All day-guests must leave the property at closing. No camping is permitted without a reservation. Please see our Stay page for more information on making a reservation.
Fences, berms and other protective structures may not be climbed upon or over. Guests doing so will be asked to leave.
Full payment is required at the time of reservation. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All rates are subject to applicable taxes and administrative fees.
Taxes, fees, and policies are subject to change without notice. Rates may vary during peak periods and for special requests.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations may be canceled up to 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will incur a charge equal to one night's stay.
No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures.
Cottonwood Hot Springs Inn & Spa reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations if payment requirements are not fulfilled.
Cancellation at any time relinquishes rights to the reserved accommodation.
CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT TIMES
Check-in begins at 4:00pm. Early check-in (12:00pm–2:00pm) is $20/hour and subject to availability.
Check-out:
11:00am for direct reservations
10:00am for third-party bookings
Late check-out is $20/hour if approved.
Direct bookings receive preferred room selection based on availability.
ARRIVAL TO PROPERTY
Please check in at the front office. Late arrivals after 10:00pm require advance coordination.
INCIDENTALS & FEES
A $200 pre-authorization will be placed on the card on file.
Accommodations left in an unsatisfactory condition will incur an additional $100 service charge.
Guests are financially responsible for any damage incurred during their stay. Charges will reflect full replacement cost and may include labor. Excessive soiling of linens or furnishings will be treated as damage.
Replacement costs include:
Robe – $150
Towel – $30
Pillow – $50
Sheet – $100
Comforter – $200
Any additional items removed or damaged will be charged at full replacement cost.
PETS
Pets are only permitted in designated pet-friendly rooms and RV sites at a rate of $40 per night, per pet. ADA-recognized service animals are exempt.
An unapproved pet found in a non-pet-friendly accommodation will result in a $500 fee.
All pets must remain leashed and attended to at all times.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted within 25 feet of any building.
A $100 fee will be applied to violations of the 25-foot policy. Smoking inside any accommodation will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
PROPERTY EXPERIENCE
Occupancy limits are enforced to preserve guest comfort and tranquility.
Quiet hours are observed at all times. Disturbances may result in a $75 fee and/or removal from the property.
Rooms and cabins intentionally do not include televisions, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, or phones.
DISCLAIMER
Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who does not adhere to property policies, without refund.
By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept that Cottonwood Hot Springs Inn & Spa shall not be held liable for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property.
