PLEASE READ OUR POLICIES THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO VISITING COTTONWOOD HOT SPRINGS

Cottonwood Hot Spring is a private relaxation-oriented facility providing recreational opportunities to its visitors. The following policies and regulations are intended solely to ensure the safety and security of all patrons. Our goal is to provide a tranquil, quiet environment that is safe and comfortable for our guests.

POOL POLICIES

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENGAGE IN ANY LEWD, LOUD, OFFENSIVE OR RUDE ACTIONS, ACTIVITIES OR BEHAVIORS WHICH INTERFERES WITH THE PRIVACY, SAFETY OR ENJOYMENT OF ANY OTHER PATRON. Guests who do not comply with our policies will be asked to leave along with their entire group and will not be allowed reentry to our facility again. PLEASE READ OUR FAQ PRIOR TO MAKING A RESERVATION.

Visitors are encouraged to report to the staff any problems of which they are aware so they may be immediately corrected. Cottonwood Hot Spring reserves the right to warn, temporarily suspend access, permanently suspend anyone not complying with the rules of the hot spring, without refund. Cottonwood Hot Spring also reserves the right to refuse service to any guest for any reason.

Visitors of Cottonwood Hot Springs release the Organization and its trustees, directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, successors, and assigns from any and all liability for, and waive any and all claims for, injury, loss, or damage in anyway connected with my participation in the Program, including injury, loss, or damage caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other misconduct of the Organization or any of the above-listed organizations or individuals.

This is a shallow pool with no lifeguard is on duty! There is no diving at any time from any location.

  • Swimsuits are to be worn at ALL times.

  • No glass of any type is allowed in the pool area. 

  • Cottonwood Hot Spring reserves the right to inspect all bags.

  • We ask guests to shower before entering pools.

  • Alcohol is not permitted in the soaking tub areas.

  • Food is not permitted in the soaking tub areas. 

  • No smoking of any kind is permitted. 

  • Children under 16 must be with an adult at all times and vacate the pool area after sundown.

  • Water or clear beverages only please. 

  • No drug/alcohol/marijuana use. Being under the influence of, or drug/alcohol use on premise, is prohibited and you will be required to leave without refund.

  • Please use caution when entering the tubs. Walkways can become slippery. Please enter all tubs at the stairways.

  • Persons having any considerable area of exposed wounds or contagious diseases are not permitted to use the pool.

  • Animals are not permitted in the pool or pool area, except for documented service animals.

  • Please leave all cell phones in your car or at the front desk.

  • Keep your voice low.

  • Please refrain from any intimate touch in the pools.

  • Don’t be a creep.

  • Anyone refusing to obey these rules is subject to removal from the premises.

  • Power down and be the best version of yourself.

GENERAL POLICIES

  • Bathing suits are required in all areas on the property.

  • Alcohol and smoking of any kind is prohibited at all areas of the facility. No visibly intoxicated person will be admitted to the facility.

  • No illegal drugs or other controlled substances are allowed anywhere on the grounds.

  • We love pets, but no pets are allowed on the property or in any of the lodge rooms or dormitories, with the exception of ADA recognized service animals. Dogs are only allowed in Cabin 1 & 3, and RV/Tent sites for $20 per night. Dogs must be well behaved and on a leash at all times. Do not leave any dogs unattended. Excessive noise that affect other guests is not permitted.

  • Soaking refunds: In the event that you receive a refund of payment, funds can take up to 10 business days after our processing to become available, depending on your bank institution. Debit cards typically require the most time. Refunds will be processed on the original card used to purchase and will not be processed for amounts larger than the original purchase amount.

  • Guests and visitors are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times.

  • No cameras, radios, TVs, cell phones, pagers, computers, PDAs or other communication or recording devices are permitted in the main pool area. Pretend your visit here is time travel back to the early days of Cottonwood when none of these distractions existed.

  • Day-guest access on the property is confined to the road, parking lot and main pool area.

  • All day-guests must leave the property at closing. No camping is permitted without a reservation. Please see our Stay page for more information on making a reservation.

  • Fences, berms and other protective structures may not be climbed upon or over. Guests doing so will be asked to leave.

ACCOMADATION POLICIES

Full payment is due at the time the reservation is made. We accept major credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). All rates are subject to Taxes and administrative fees.

  • Taxes and Fees are subject to change without notice.

  • Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • We allow cancellations up to 72 hours prior to your arrival date. If you must cancel your reservation within 72 hours, you will be charged the amount of one nights stay.

  • No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures. 

  • Cottonwood Hot Springs Inn & Spa reserves the right to cancel or amend any reservation without notification should the deposit or payment dates not be met. 

  • Cancellation anytime releases rights to the accommodation.

CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT TIMES

  • Check-in is 4:00pm on the day of arrival. If you would like to request an early check-in, please contact the front office. Early check-ins cost $20 per hour between the hours of 12:00pm - 2:00pm. All early check-ins must be approved by management and are based on availability.

  • Check-out time is 1:00pm on the date of departure. Due to the preparation for the next Guests arrival, late check-outs are subject to an additional fee. All late check-outs must be approved by Management. If approved, late check-outs will cost $20 per hour.

  • If you wish to extend your stay, please contact the office 24 hours in advance. Based on availability, we may or may not be able to extend your stay or keep you in the same site or rented accommodation. 

ARRIVAL TO PROPERTY

  • Please visit the front office to check-in for your reservation. To expedite your check-in, please acknowledge and sign our policies online. Office hours are based on main pool hours of operations. If you require a check-in after 10:00pm, please contact us ahead of time to make alternate arrangements for your check-in as the property gates are locked.

FEES

  • All rented accommodations will be charged a one-time, non refundable cleaning fee of $45 at the time of booking.

  • Should guests leave a property in unacceptable condition, an additional $100 will be charged to their account.

PETS

  • We love pets, but no pets are allowed in any of the lodge rooms or dormitories, with the exception of ADA recognized service animals. Dogs are only allowed in Cabin 1 & 3, and RV/Tent sites for $20 per night. Dogs must be well behaved and on a leash at all times. Do not leave any dogs unattended. Excessive noise that affect other guests is not permitted.

SMOKING

  • Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $500.

CHANGES BY Cottonwood Hot Springs Inn & Spa 

  • Cottonwood Hot Springs Inn & Spa reserves the right to make accommodation/site and/or other changes to a guest reservation, which become necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Cottonwood Hot Springs Inn & Spa will do everything possible to ensure the impact of any change is as minimal as possible.

PROPERTY FACILITIES & AMENITIES

  • Each accommodation/site has a stated maximum occupancy level. The maximums are set to ensure your comfort as well as not to overburden the property. Any additional occupants may be asked to leave the property. 

  • Guest(s) shall keep the perimeter of their accommodation tidy and rubbish free. 

  • Overnight guests have public pool access throughout normal business hours, and also on the day of check-in and check-out. Access to the pools are only allowed during posted times. No after hours use is allowed.

  • For stays of 4 nights or more in a rented accommodation, we will provide a complimentary refresh, which includes linen and towel change with the removal of trash. 

  • Additional housekeeping services are available by request. We kindly ask that you provide us 24 hours notice or schedule at check-in. Housekeeping hours are from 10:00am - 3:00pm. 

SPECIAL OFFERS

  • Special offers are subject to change at any time. Special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.

MISCELLANEOUS POLICIES

  • Must be 21 or over to reserve and check-in.

  • All hours of operation are quiet hours. Guests resulting in noise complaints will be charged an additional $75 fee. If recurring, guests may be asked to leave. 

  • Cottonwood Hot Springs Inn & Spa will charge the credit card on file should any damage occur to the property during the rental period. Damage to furniture, linens and other property will be assessed and then billed to the customer at our replacement cost, which may include labor costs. We will always be transparent in our communication about damage to the rooms. Keep in mind that excessively soiled linens, carpets and furniture will be included as damages.

  • Tent and car camping is prohibited without a reservation.

DISCLAIMER

  • Management reserves the right to evict or refuse entry to any person who has evidenced a disregard for the rules without a refund.

  • The Renter agrees that Cottonwood Hot Springs Inn & Spa shall not be liable to Renter, Renter’s guests, invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the rental premises. Renter shall hold Cottonwood Hot Springs Inn & Spa harmless and indemnified from and against all loss or damage occasioned by use, misuses or abuse of any part of or fixture on the premises, surrounding areas and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of the Renter, his/her guests or invitees. The Renter acknowledges that Cottonwood Hot Springs Inn & Spa assumes no liability thereunder.
